Sound healing relaxation, Reiki and chair yoga contributed much to the lovely day spent at the Olive Room in the Palms Wellbeing Centre in Gorey, Co. Wexford.  All family members expressed how much they enjoyed their day of self care.  Grateful appreciation to our facilitators and family members for sharing with us such a nourishing day.
