Our New year got off to a resounding energetic start with our first very successful workshop of the year. Jenny Dunne, Nutritionist and Zsofia from the Happy Pottery in Kilkenny shared their wisdom and talents with family members.
Family members shared that they felt well informed and extrememly relaxed after a lovely day with creative and cheerful company.
Our next workshop is on Non Violent Communication on 7th March, more information to follow.
